After careful review of our product portfolio and long-term strategic priorities, we have made the decision to discontinue cloud-based support and app services for Keen Home products. As a result, access to Keen Home’s connected features and remote functionality will conclude on Friday March 20, 2026.
Between now and March 20, 2026, your system will continue to operate as it does today. We encourage you to plan accordingly in advance of the service conclusion date.
